The farms implement shed was converted to a boutique winery in 2005 and sits just 100 metres from the family home. It houses all our winemaking equipment including a bottling machine, labelling machine, 3 fermentation tanks, crusher/destemmer and soft hand operated basket press. In 2006 a temperature controlled storage/barrel shed was built to accommodate our American Oak barrels.
